After separation
UnitingCare Unifam specialise in providing programs under the Family Law Act and supporting families through separation. Many of Unifam’s programs focus on helping families make the transition to separation and facilitate conversations between parents and children.
Unifam has also recently commenced running programs specifically for children whose parents are separating. Funded by the Federal Government, Supporting Children After Separation provides children with a space to talk about day to day issues affecting their lives.
Through Family Dispute Resolution and Family Relationship Centres, Unifam also assists parents after separation to resolve disputes and organise parenting plans for their children.
