A snapshot of Burnside's services in 2008/2009:
- 87% of service users said things had improved as a result of using Burnside's services
- 6715 people used a Burnside service, with 56% being new service users
- Burnside provided 80 programs across more than 120 NSW locations
- 91% of staff identify with Burnside's overall purpose
