Research
UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families has a clear commitment to social justice and achieving positive social change. One of the ways this commitment is expressed is through the work of the Service Group’s Social Justice Unit.
We aim to influence governments and other key decision makers in order to shape our society into a more just and safe place for all children, young people and families.
UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families seeks to fulfil this aim through research, policy development and advocacy. All of our research is done within the Research Code of Ethics. A real strength of our work in this area is that it is informed by the experience of direct service programs and service users working with each of our agencies.
